User Obligations

Data Usage

Prohibited Activities
Content Violations
- Posting fake job listings or fraudulent opportunities
- Uploading inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Violating intellectual property rights of others
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
Platform Misuse
- Attempting to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the platform
- Creating multiple accounts or using automated tools
- Scraping data without authorization
- Circumventing security measures or access controls
Commercial Violations
- Using the platform for purposes other than job recruitment
- Selling or transferring your account to others
- Posting pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
- Advertising non-job related products or services
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
- NextWalkin owns all rights to the platform, including design and functionality
- Our logo, brand name, and content are protected by intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
- We reserve the right to take action against infringement
User Content

Account Termination
Termination by User
- You may delete your account at any time through platform settings
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

- You remain responsible for activities prior to termination
Termination by NextWalkin
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations
- Termination may be immediate for serious violations
- We will provide notice when possible, except in severe cases
- You may appeal termination decisions through our support channels

- These terms are governed by the laws of India
- Jurisdiction: Courts of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
- Compliance with Indian IT Act and labor laws

- First attempt: Direct resolution with our support team
- Mediation before legal proceedings when possible
- Legal proceedings in Indian courts only
